VENDOR EXTRA BADGES

Welcome to KPOP MINNECON! We're excited to have you as a participating vendor. Please read the following information carefully regarding vendor extra badges.

Extra Vendor Badge Requests

Each booth comes with a set number of vendor badges. If you need additional badges for working vendor staff, please complete the form below and submit payment in advance:

Limits Based on Booth Size:

  • 10x10 Booth: May request and purchase up to 2 additional vendor badges

  • 10x20 Booth: May request and purchase up to 4 additional vendor badges

Cost:

  • $15 per additional badge

Extra badges are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale.

  • Misuse of badges (e.g., lending, selling, or giving them to non-staff) may result in your booth being removed without refund and future participation being denied.

Vendor Badge Use & Policy

All vendors must have a vendor badge to access the event floor during setup, operating hours, and teardown. Badges must be visibly worn at all times while in the convention center.

Badges are strictly for vendors only. They:

  • Cannot be resold or transferred to non-vendor attendees.

  • Will only be distributed to verified vendors at check-in and badge pick up.

  • Only individuals wearing official vendor badges will be allowed in vendor areas or on the show floor during setup, open hours, and breakdown. Security and staff will strictly enforce this.

  • Vendor badges do not grant access to VIP events, backstage areas, or attendee-only experiences.

  • Misuse of badges or violation of policy will result in immediate removal from the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all staff members understand and comply with badge rules.

Badge Pickup

All vendor and extra badges must be picked up only during the designated date and time provided to you ahead of the event. Pickup will take place during your assigned setup window, and one authorized representative must be present with the following:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Your booth confirmation email

Badges will not be mailed or available early.

Additional Vendor Badge Request Form

If you need additional badges for vendor staff beyond what is included with your booth, please complete the Additional Vendor Badge Request Form below. All requests must be submitted and paid for in advance.

Badges are non-transferable and may only be used by individuals actively working at your booth.

Payment Required Before Processing

Your additional badge request will not be processed or added to your vendor space until full payment is received and confirmed. If you have not yet completed payment, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your badges are approved and ready for pickup.

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will confirm your badge additions via email.
