KPOP MINNECON welcomes vendors of all kinds — from merch sellers and fan artists to entertainment brands. Share your products with thousands of passionate fans in a high-energy, music-filled atmosphere.

Application Process

  1. Complete the Vendor Application Form below.

  2. Submit Payment once application is complete.

  3. Receive Confirmation Email.

  4. Vendor booth space and more information will be sent closer to the event.

Deadline to Apply: Aug 1, 26


Priority placement is given to vendors securing their space early.

Vendors will need to report and submit their own taxes to the State of Mn. Tax forms and fact sheets can be found here.

*Please note we will not be accepting any food/pastry/drink vendors at this event. Food truck applications will open soon!

Vendor Agreement

By submitting this application for KPOP MINNECON, I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee a reserved vendor space. I understand that vendor space is not confirmed until full payment has been received and processed by the event organizers.


I understand that all vendor fees must be paid in full prior to confirmation of my booth assignment. Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in forfeiture of my requested space.


I acknowledge that certain products may not be permitted at the event. Products deemed inappropriate, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant with KPOP MINNECON guidelines will not be allowed for sale or display. Additionally, we will not be accepting hot food items or baked goods at this time. Event organizers reserve the right to require removal of any non-compliant items.


I agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and vendor guidelines provided by KPOP MINNECON and the Saint Paul RiverCentre, including those related to booth setup, load-in/load-out procedures, badge usage, and vendor conduct.


I also acknowledge that I have reviewed all vendor requirements, policies, and guidelines provided through the official Vendor Hub and agree to adhere to all stated expectations.
