Welcome to the official food truck vendor call for KPOP MINNECON 2025! We are excited to invite food truck vendors to join us for this vibrant celebration of K-pop culture and community. KPOP MINNECON will bring together fans, artists, and businesses from all over for a day filled with exciting events, panels, performances, and more.
Whether you specialize in savory dishes, sweet treats, or unique beverages, we invite you to apply and be a part of this unforgettable experience!

We are seeking food truck vendors:
Offering unique and diverse food options (savory, sweet, beverages, etc.)
Vendors with innovative or themed food offerings that enhance the event experience
Limited spaces are available, so don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this exciting event!
What’s Included for Food Truck Vendors
Allocated Vendor Space: A designated area in our high-traffic food truck area, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic.
Access to all convention attendees: Engage with a diverse audience of all ages, including passionate K-pop enthusiasts, music lovers, and fans of Korean culture. This is a unique chance to showcase your products to attendees with a deep appreciation for K-pop and its vibrant cultural influence.
Marketing & Promotion: Your business featured on our website, social media, and event promotions, some restrictions may apply.
Vendor Badges: Food Truck Vendors will receive four (4) admission badges to the convention, including all related activities and the concert. Additional admission badges may be purchased and are strictly available only to vendors; they are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Any misuse of badges will result in removal from the convention.
Easy Drive-in & Setup Assistance: Easy drive-in and setup instructions will be provided in advance.

Vendor Guidelines
Setup and Teardown: Vendors are required to arrive at least 1 hour before the event start. All vendors must vacate the food truck space by 8:00 PM after the event ends.
Permitted Items: Food vendors are permitted to sell only approved menu items. They are strictly prohibited from offering any food or beverages that are offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.
Behavior: Vendors are expected to behave professionally and respect all event attendees, staff, and other vendors. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Health & Safety: Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the event.
Food Handling – Vendors must follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper food storage, temperature control, and glove usage.
Waste Disposal – Vendors must properly dispose of trash and keep their area clean. Trash bins will be provided.
Fire Safety – If using open flames or cooking equipment, vendors must have a fire extinguisher on hand.
Cancellation Policy - Vendors must notify us in writing at least 15 days in advance to cancel without penalty. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and affect future participation. The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by organizers. We reserve the right to cancel vendor participation at any time due to non-compliance with rules or unforeseen circumstances.
Food Truck Vendor Application
To apply for as a food truck vendor at KPOP MINNECON, please follow the steps below to start your application and secure your spot!
STEP 1: REVIEW VENDOR OPTIONS
There are a limited number of food truck vendor spots available, and priority will be given to those who reserve their space early. Assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that food truck vendors complete their registration promptly. All food truck vendor spaces will be outdoors; rain or shine and registration fee is non-refundable unless canceled by KPOP MINNECON.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION – Fill out the form with your business details, product offerings, and any required permits or documents, if applicable.
PROVIDE REQUIRE REGISTRATION MATERIALS
IMPORTANT: A Permit to Operate is Required - All food vendors must obtain a Permit to Operate from the local health department to serve food at KPOP MINNECON. Vendors are responsible for securing their own permits before the event.

Detailed description of the products/services you intend to sell.
Images or samples of your products (if available).
Vendors are required to have their own liability insurance coverage.
All vendors are responsible for reporting their sales tax collections and payments, the Minnesota Sales Tax form can be obtained here. https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sales-and-use-tax
All vendors are required to review, understand, and comply with the vendor agreement, and provide their acknowledgment. Link to the Vendor Agreement and Acknowledgement can be found here.
STEP 3: SUBMIT PAYMENT – Ensure your payment is completed to finalize your application and secure your space. Your space will not be secured until payment is received. If payment is not received, your space will be forfeited and will be released to the next truck vendor.
STEP 4: STAY TUNED! –Once submitted, you will receive confirmation after payment is processed and further details will be shared as the event date draws near.

Additional Options:
Extra Vendor Badges: $15 per additional badge (limited to 4), rate only applies to vendors.
Note: Electricity will not be supplied on-site. Vendors are responsible for providing their own power sources
