VENDOR AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

  • By submitting this application, you, the general vendor, agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in KPOP MINNECON:

    Vendor Space
    General vendors will be provided with a designated booth space as outlined in their registration. The vendor agrees to set up and dismantle their booth within the scheduled setup and breakdown times. Booths must remain staffed and operational during all published event hours.

    Liability Insurance
    All vendors are responsible for maintaining liability insurance to cover any potential risks, damage, or incidents that may occur during the event. KPOP MINNECON is not liable for any vendor property loss or damage.

    Product Approval
    All items for sale or display must be listed in the vendor’s registration form. KPOP MINNECON reserves the right to approve, reject, or request removal of any products that are inappropriate, infringe on copyright laws, or are not aligned with the theme or mission of the event.

    Compliance with Event Rules
    Vendors agree to adhere to all event policies, safety regulations, and guidelines as outlined by KPOP MINNECON and Saint Paul RiverCentre staff. This includes booth presentation, noise control, respectful behavior, and fire safety codes.

    Payment Terms
    Vendors must submit full payment for booth space upon submission of their application. All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by KPOP MINNECON or Saint Paul RiverCentre.

    Conduct & Behavior
    All vendors are expected to behave professionally and courteously. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

    Setup and Breakdown
    Vendors must complete booth setup by the designated time before the event opens to the public and begin breakdown only after the event concludes. Early departure or late teardown may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.

    Indemnification
    The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KPOP MINNECON and Saint Paul RiverCentre, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from their participation in the event.

  • By submitting this application, you, the food truck vendor, agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in KPOP MINNECON:

    Designated Space
    Each food truck will be assigned a specific space in the outdoor vendor area as indicated in your confirmation. Detailed information will be sent prior and closer to the event. Trucks must be positioned by the designated arrival time and remain in place until the event ends.

    Permits & Licensing
    Vendors must hold all necessary food service licenses, permits, and health certifications required by the City of Minneapolis and State of Minnesota. These documents must be current and available upon request.

    Liability Insurance
    Food truck vendors are required to carry liability insurance, including coverage for fire, injury, and property damage.

    Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
    Vendors must follow all city and state health and food safety standards. Trucks must maintain cleanliness, proper food handling procedures, and display valid health inspection documentation.

    Payment Terms
    Payment for food truck space is due upon submission of the application. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by KPOP MINNECON or Saint Paul RiverCentre.

    Conduct & Behavior
    Food truck staff are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude throughout the event. Any rude, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

    Setup and Breakdown
    Food trucks must be fully set up by the assigned time and remain in place until the official end of the event. No early departures are allowed. Failure to comply may result in future application denial.

    Indemnification
    The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KPOP MINNECON and Saint Paul RiverCentre, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation.
