KPOP MINNECON 2025: General Vendor Applications Now Open!

We are seeking vendors who align with the event's culture and lifestyle, including but not limited to:

• K-pop merchandise (albums, light sticks, posters, trading cards, clothing, etc.)

• K-pop-themed art and accessories, inspired beauty products, lifestyle brands, fan art, and services

• Retailers (products, merchandise, clothing, accessories, etc.)

• Artists and creators (art, crafts, jewelry, etc.)

• Services (photography, beauty, entertainment, etc.)

• Event-related goods (decorations, supplies, etc.)

• Non-profit organizations or community groups

• At this time, due to the rules and regulations set by the Saint Paul RiverCentre, we are only able to accept food trucks and cannot accommodate additional food table vendors. We will notify all applicants regarding their status, if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to work with you at future events.

Allocated Vendor Space: A designated area in our high-traffic area, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic.

• Access to all convention attendees: Engage with a diverse audience of all ages, including passionate K-pop enthusiasts, music lovers, and fans of Korean culture. This is a unique chance to showcase your products to attendees with a deep appreciation for K-pop and its vibrant cultural influence.

• Marketing & Promotion: Your business featured on our website, social media, and event promotions, some restrictions may apply.

• Vendor Badges: 10x10 vendors will receive two (2) admission badges, while 10x20 vendors will receive four (4) admission badges to the convention, including all related activities and the concert. Additional badges also available if needed (limited).

• Easy Load-in & Setup Assistance: Our event team will provide full support to ensure a smooth and efficient setup process. Easy load-in and setup instructions will be provided in advance, making the process as seamless as possible.

• Exclusive Opportunity: Be part of the first-ever KPOP MINNECON in Minnesota, a unique Midwest event where you can expand your brand in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this exciting experience!

• Permitted Items: Vendors may only sell approved and appropriate merchandise. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling any items that are offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.

• Behavior: Vendors are expected to behave professionally and respect all event attendees, staff, and other vendors. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Health & Safety: Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the event.

10x10 Vendor Space: $250

What’s included:

• Designated Vendor Space – Perfect for merchandise and/or small setups.

• 1 Table and 2 Chairs will be included.

• Vendor Passes (2) – Entry for two admission to the event including the concert.

• Marketing Exposure – Business name listed on our website & social media shoutouts.

• Dedicated Vendor Area – High-traffic location to attract K-pop fans and people of all ages.

• Waste Disposal Access – Nearby trash bins for easy cleanup.

• Easy loading and unloading area.

Additional Options:

• Electrical hookups: $150.

• Please note: if multiple spaces are needed, please select the desired size and quantity during checkout. Vendor applications and booth spaces will not be confirmed until payment is received and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment details will be provided after your application is submitted.

10x20 Vendor Space: $450

• 10×20 ft Vendor Space – The 10x20 vendor space offers more room for displays, products, and customer interaction, making it the ideal choice for those looking to maximize their visibility and sales potential.

• 2 Tables and 2 Chairs will be included.

• Vendor Passes (4) – Entry for four admission to the event including the concert and all events.

• Marketing Exposure – Business name listed on our website & social media shoutouts.

• Dedicated Vendor Area – High-traffic location to attract K-pop fans!

• Waste Disposal Access – Nearby trash bins for easy cleanup.

• WIFI Included.

• Easy loading and unloading area.
