Complete the Vendor Application Form

Submit Payment once application is complete.

Receive Confirmation Email.

Vendor booth and food truck space information will be sent closer to the event.
Deadline to Apply: Aug 15, 26
Priority placement is given to vendors and food trucks securing their space early.
All vendors and food trucks will need to report and submit their own taxes to the State of Mn. Tax forms and fact sheets can be found here.
*Please note we will not be accepting any food/pastry/drink vendors inside the RiverCentre at this time. Only food trucks and trailers are being accepting outside of the convention.

BADGE
GENERAL VENDOR
If you need additional badges for team members working your booth, extra Vendor Weekend Badges may be purchased at a discounted vendor rate.
Please note the following:

Additional Vendor Weekend Badges are available only to approved vendors who have purchased a vendor booth.

Discounted vendor badges are intended solely for individuals working at your vendor space and may not be resold, transferred, or used by general attendees
-
Children 10 years old and younger do not require a badge.
Need Extra Tables & Chairs?
GENERAL VENDOR
Additional tables and chairs may be purchased through the Saint Paul RiverCentre before the event.
Please note the following:

Additional tables and chairs are available only to approved vendors who have purchased a vendor booth.

Due to Saint Paul RiverCentre regulations, vendors may not bring their own tables or chairs into the venue.
