What Kind of Panels Are We Looking For?

We welcome panels on K-pop, K-dramas, beauty and fashion, fan culture, interactive games, and broader topics, as well as related topics that connect to or are inspired by these interests.

What You'll Receive

Panel hosts receive:

  • Complimentary convention badge to both days of convention

  • Scheduled programming slot at the convention

  • Exposure to a live audience of fellow fans

  • Recognition in the official schedule/program

  • Designated space with table, chairs, mic and speaker system

How to Apply

Ready to bring your panel to life?

  1. Submit a panel application with your topic and description

  2. Include any co-hosts; only two host per session is allowed

  3. Our team will review and follow up with information

  4. If selected, you’ll receive an email confirmation and  scheduling and setup details will be sent closer to the event

Panel Host Agreement

By submitting this application, I agree to the following terms as a panel host for KPOP MINNECON:

  • I will provide accurate and complete information in my application.

  • I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance, and that panel selections are at the discretion of the KPOP MINNECON team.

  • If selected, I agree to host my panel as described or communicate any changes in advance for approval.

  • I will arrive on time, be prepared, and stay within my assigned panel time slot.

  • I agree to follow all KPOP MINNECON and Saint Paul RiverCentre policies, rules, and code of conduct.

  • I will ensure my panel content is respectful, inclusive, and appropriate for a diverse audience.

  • I understand that KPOP MINNECON reserves the right to modify or cancel panels if necessary.

  • I will treat attendees, staff, and fellow participants with respect at all times.

  • I am responsible for bringing any required materials unless otherwise arranged with the event team.

  • I consent to photography and video recording during my panel, and allow KPOP MINNECON to use this content for promotional purposes.
